Our Policies
Scheduling
We use Jane App as our online booking system. We require a valid credit card to secure any service(s). Rest assured, we will only charge the credit card on file if the appointment(s) is/are missed or cancelled within twenty-four (24). If you do not have a credit card, you may contact us and we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit that can be sent via Interac etransfer. We will only book your appointment(s) once the payment is received. If you have not received an email confirmation, your appointment is not complete. A reminder email is sent forty-eight (48) hours prior to your appointment start time and text reminders can be scheduled via your account settings.
Cancellations/No-Show Fee
When you book with us, we reserve the necessary time and prepare our spa to ensure the best experience for your visit.

Cancellations or missed appointments: If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee will be charged for all booked services.

Consultations: A flat fee of $25 applies.

Injectable appointments: A flat fee of $50 applies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to provide exceptional service to all our clients.

Late Arrivals
We must be notified as soon as possible if a client will be arriving later than scheduled. Keep in mind that no extra time will be allocated to your appointment and the client is still charged for the full amount. If we are not contacted within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time, the appointment is considered a no-show and the 50% fee is immediately charged.
Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted and due before leaving our spa: cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques. Etransfers are only accepted for deposits or if you would like to pay your visit ahead of time.
Children
Due to liability reasons and the nature of our services, we ask our clients to make proper childcare arrangements for infants and children under 6 years of age. Exception: infants in a bucket seat.
Injectables
Please note that our clinic provides injectable treatments only to clients 18 years of age or older.
