You must fill out the mandatory Covid-19 prescreening form within twenty-four (24) hours of each visits. If you feel unwell, are awaiting covid-19 test results or if a member of your household must isolate, we ask that you cancel your visit. We will reschedule you as best as we can. A clean reusable/disposable mask is required upon your arrival and must be kept on during the duration of your visit (no exceptions). We ask our clients to use hand sanitizer OR wash their hands upon their arrival.
We use Square Appointments as our online booking system. We require a valid credit card to secure any service(s). Rest assured, we will only charge the credit card on file if the appointment(s) is/are missed or cancelled within twenty-four (24). If you do not have a credit card, you may contact us and we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit that can be sent via Interac etransfer. We will only book your appointment(s) once the payment is received. If you have not received an email confirmation, your appointment is not complete. A reminder email is sent forty-eight (48) hours prior to your appointment start time and a text reminder (if you opted-in) is sent four (4) hours before your scheduled visit.
When booking with us, we reserve the necessary time and setup our spa to accommodate your visit. When an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, a 50% fee for all booked services is charged. If for any reason a credit card declines, an electronic invoice is sent to the email address on file and must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to provide payment will result in the account being sent to our collections agency: Dixon Commercial Investigators.
We must be notified as soon as possible if a client will be arriving later than scheduled. Keep in mind that no extra time will be allocated to your appointment and the client is still charged for the full amount. If we are not contacted within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time, the appointment is considered a no-show and the 50% fee is immediately charged.
Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted and due before leaving our spa: cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We do not accept cheques. Etransfers are only accepted for deposits or if you would like to pay your visit ahead of time.
Due to liability reasons and the nature of our services, infants/children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted on site.
All make-up & lotions on your eyelids, underneath your eyes and on your eyelashes must be removed prior to each appointment. In the event that there is make-up residue on your eyelashes, the seventy-two (72) hour guarantee is no longer valid and a cleaning fee will apply. Failure to arrive with clean natural eyelashes/extensions may result in poor bonding between the natural eyelash and adhesive. Please note that due to liability reasons and quality control, we do not refill other salon's work, however we do offer to remove them. We may reduce our fee at our discretion, should the removal require less time.
